Staff will be:

Trained and appropriately qualified. Easily identifiable. Helpful, experienced and informative to ensure that you visit is safe and enjoyable.

All ancillary areas, including changing rooms, showers and toilets will be:

Clean, hygienic and in good working order. Checked by staff at regular intervals and remedial action taken where necessary.Maintained at a temperature which is comfortable and complimentary to other areas.

In general, we will:

Ensure the Club is clean, safe and well maintained. Listen and be responsive to comments, complaints and suggestions. Publish up-to-date and accurate customer information for all activities. Have clear technical standards for all important features of the service and meet them.Undertake regular surveys of our customers to ensure that we continue to meet their stated priorities.

We promise that:

The time and availability of services will be as published in our customer information leaflet. Any foreseen change will be duly notified to our customers by the display of an appropriate notice on the board in the foyer.

The Swimming pool will be:

Maintained at a minimum of 29 C. Balanced chemically and tested regularly to ensure customer comfort and safety. Kept in a warm, clean, safe and hygienic condition. Qualified and trained staff will be on hand in the building at all times.

The Fitness Suite will be:

Clean and safe to use and furnished with equipment which is in good working order and checked and maintained regularly.
