Improving flexibility will make every day activities much easier. Getting in and out of the car, filling the dishwasher, getting in and out of the bath. It will also protect the body against risk of injury and make your body perform better when undertaking any physical activity.

Stretching routines should be a regular feature of your workouts. The Swimming Pool, Spa Bath and Sauna are all areas where stretching exercises could be performed.
